Conference Call Recording

Overview

This document contains instructions for participating in a recorded remote interview over the phone.

Participants

A conference call recording involves three parties:

  1. Interviewee – The person being interviewed
  2. Interviewer – In most cases the Faculty member
  3. A CEOEL Media Team member

Procedure

The conference call will be initiated by the Media Team member who is recording the call. They will first call the Faculty Member who is conducting the interview, and then the the interviewee who is being interviewed. Once everyone is on the call, and the Media Team member has confirmed they are recording the call, the interview will begin.

Once the interview is completed, the Media Team member will take the recorded call and perform any necessary edits, and turn the interview into a presentation that will go into the online course.
