Demonstration media elements are leveraged to communicate a concept that is difficult to explain with text alone and benefits from visual aids/representation. In these videos, the faculty teaches students how to make or do something in a step-by-step process. As you show how, you “tell” what you are doing. These media elements are typically short in length and task or concept specific.

Examples could include:

• Physical demonstration (e.g., lab work, demonstrating a process or problem on a board)
• Animations
• Software demonstrations
