Programming II


Introduction videos are one of the first content pieces a student will view in a course. As a general rule, your introduction should cover a few key points but not get into specifics (that is what the content is for). Focus on the objectives of the course but frame them around the benefits that the learner will realize when the course is over. One way to accomplish this goal is to highlight how the skills, knowledge, or attitudes emphasized in this course will help them professionally and/or personally. Ways to do this include telling personal stories connecting course content to real-world applications. These videos should both inform and excite the students about the course and learning opportunities that lie ahead.
