Preparing for Your Visit
Our studio is inside the main UW Extended Campus office at 780 Regent Street, Madison, WI 53715.
Scripts
If you are using a script, please email it to Instructional Design and Media Services staff prior to the day of the shoot so that we can ensure it’s loaded into the teleprompter. We also encourage you to practice reading through your script leading up to the shoot.
COVID-19 Precautions
If you believe you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and inform the Media Services team to cancel your video shoot.
Attire
Attire should be business professional or business casual. If your videos use the lightboard, please avoid wearing white or light-colored clothing or clothing with text, logos, or icons.
Parking
There are guest parking spots available outside of 780 Regent Street (see map). If these spaces are occupied upon your arrival, there is a paid parking ramp at 21 North Park Street. Please retain your receipt/ticket for reimbursement purposes.
Building Entry
Upon arrival, call 608-265-3947 to let the Media Services team know you’ve arrived. Use the doors across from the Hilton Garden Inn to enter the main lobby (see map) and you’ll be greeted there!
